My name is Muhammad M. Abdullah, I am 29 years old, and I have worked over 10 years in the restaurant industry, but I never really intended to do so. All I wanted to ever do was be a boxer and work construction, but on top of that, I've always wanted to challenge myself and try something I thought I can never do.

I started out bussing tables & washing dishes at 16 years old, working for Ruby Tuesdays, then advanced into other restaurants after graduating high school. During college, I worked as a dessert chef for a vegan restaurant and got my ideas stolen and used. Then I became sandwich maker at a local subway, a grill cook for Halal Guys restaurant, and a Produce Manager at Price Chopper. After awhile, I decided to change my major from civil engineering, to culinary arts because my mother was worried that id get hurt on the job, she felt I needed to find something more safe, so I did. I decided to dive head first into my new career as a challenge, and it stuck with me ever since.

One day, I decided to have a talk with the local gluten free shop downtown in my area, to see if they would sell some of my products in the shop. The owner didn't like my presentation of my sweets, and wasn't interested in doing business with me at all. After that event, that only made the flame in my bigger, and from then on, I realized that my products needed much improvement before being placed on the shelves.

a few years later, 2020, my products improved greatly, and I began supplying my first set of local delis in the area with my signature banana pudding, which till this day people love to enjoy. After that, I began to create other products such as brownies, cookies, & cupcakes, and just grew into more ideas from there.
I strive into giving my consumers the best customer service, while focusing on delivering consistent, quality, baked goods. I truly believes that consumers look for consistency, reliability, and trust in these products, and I aims to fulfill there needs each & every day.
